As an empathetic and caring person who has cared for a special needs child, I know what it feels like to want your relative to have the best level of comfort care, and attention possible. I became a care giver because my son was a special needs child. I was personally responsible for grooming him, bathing him, feeding him, soothing him during physiotherapy sessions, administering his medication, taking him to his medical appointments, and making sure he was comfortable. This experience made me understand the difficulties experienced by speial needs individuals, and different ways to alleviate these struggles. I have a Diploma in cargiving, and a certificate in CPR AED And First Aid, both from Alison Online. I very observant and meticulous in administering care, while still ensuring that the individual still maintains as much independence as they still have.
